The problem

Tiny orders eat the profit you worked for.

A single item ships. The box, the label, the time — they don't care that the order was $9. You can ask people to buy more, but a vague note in the product description rarely works. By the time they hit checkout, it's already a bad order.

Trusted by startups and growing Shopify stores

Let’s hear how merchants feel about the apps.

I installed HustlePop, changed the headline, and had emails coming in before lunch. That’s the whole review.

Notify Me has been a key partner in restock week. The waitlist hears it before I post anything.

Wishlist has been a game-changer for us. The heart looks native, and people actually come back for what they saved.

We’re extremely satisfied with MOQ. Tiny orders stopped eating the margin — customers just buy the six-pack now.

We’ve seen the list grow without babysitting the popup. It looks like us, not a template.

Their restock email is the one thing I don’t have to remember. Inventory moves, the list hears it.

Wishlist plus save-for-later saved the cart. People park two items and still check out with the one they meant to buy.

Features

The parts that actually matter.

  1. Rules that fit how you sell

Set a minimum on one product, a whole collection, or the entire store. Mix quantity and dollar minimums if you need both.

  2. Shoppers see it early

The product page and cart explain the minimum in plain language. No one finds out at the last step.

  1. Quantity steps that make sense

Sell in packs of 6? The stepper jumps by 6. People stop guessing, and you stop getting orders of 1.

  2. A message in your voice

Write the note yourself — “These candles ship in sixes” lands better than a generic error.

  1. Works with your cart

Online Store 2.0 themes, cart drawers, and the checkout blocker all stay in sync. If they can't meet the minimum, they can't place the order.

  2. Exceptions when you need them

Skip wholesale customers, or relax the rule during a promotion. One place to change it, store-wide.

How it works

Three steps. Then you’re done.

  1. 01

    Install MOQ

Add the app. It reads your catalog — you don't import a spreadsheet.

  2. 02

    Write a rule

Pick products or collections, set the minimum, and add a short shopper-facing note.

  3. 03

    Publish

The product page, cart, and checkout all pick up the rule. You're done.

FAQ

Questions we hear first.

Can I set different minimums for different products?+

Yes. Each rule can target a product, a collection, or everything. You can stack a store-wide dollar minimum with product-level quantity rules.

What do customers see?+

A clear note on the product page and in the cart — in the words you wrote. Checkout won't complete until the cart meets the rule.

Does this work with a cart drawer?+

Yes. MOQ is built for Online Store 2.0 and common cart drawers. If a theme is unusual, support can help you check it.

Can I turn rules off for wholesale?+

Yes. You can exclude customer tags or specific customer accounts so B2B orders keep their own terms.
