Notify Me Terms of Service

The app

Notify Me is provided as a hosted Shopify app. A Notify Me button for sold-out and coming-soon products — plus automatic back-in-stock emails when inventory returns. Features described on the marketing site are a guide; the live app and its Shopify App Store listing are authoritative.

Your store, your responsibility

You are responsible for your Shopify store, your products, your customer relationships, and for complying with law — including privacy, anti-spam, and advertising rules — when you collect emails or send alerts with the app.

You confirm that you have the right to use any content, discount codes, and customer data you put through the app.

Acceptable use

Don’t use Notify Me to send spam, to violate Shopify’s terms, or to harm shoppers. Don’t probe, overload, or reverse engineer the service. We may suspend the app if use puts the service or other merchants at risk.

Billing

Paid plans are charged through Shopify Billing. Taxes may apply. You can cancel in the Shopify admin. Cancellation stops future charges; it does not automatically refund the current period unless our refund policy says so.

Availability

We aim to keep the app available. We may perform maintenance, and Shopify outages can affect the app. We do not promise uninterrupted service.

Disclaimer

The app is provided “as is.” We do not warrant that Notify Me will meet every business goal or that every integration (themes, cart drawers, third-party apps) will behave identically.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, OneClick is not liable for indirect, incidental, lost-profit, or consequential damages. Our total liability for a claim related to the app is limited to the fees you paid for the app in the three months before the claim. Some places do not allow these limits.

Uninstall

You can uninstall Notify Me at any time from Shopify admin. After uninstall, storefront features stop. See the privacy policy for how we handle remaining data.

Changes

We may update the app and these terms. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms. The date at the top will change when we revise this page.
